10% Cabernet Sauvignon
The grapes for this wine are grown at 2,000-2,300 feet from 10-20 year old vines in the small village of Tosos. After harvest, the grapes undergo 10 days of maceration at 76-82°F before aging for 12 months.
Cherry in color, with brick red highlights. The wine is fragrant and delicate on the nose. On the palate, the wine is rich and well-balanced with a long, persistent finish.
