Cats Winemaking : Grapes are separated and go through light maceration for 5 hours at a controlled temperature of 50° F. Temperature-controlled fermentation at 45° F . After fermentation, the wine is subjected to various treatments including decanting, clarification, stabilization and filtration before bottling .
Tasting notes: Pale yellow straw with a greenish hue. Apple and pineapple aroma , with floral memories. Soft, light , with a nice harmony. Ideal with seafood, pates and canapes. Serve at 48º F.
