Winemaking: After crushing and de-stemming , the grapes are macerated for six days and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures with daily pumping. After racking and subsequent malolactic fermentation, the wine is subjected to various treatments such as decanting, clarification, stabilization. Prior to bottling, the wine is filtered.
Tasting notes: Cherry red with violet tones. Intense aroma of ripe fruit, blackberries and licorice. Soft, well structured , meaty, wide. Long aftertaste of ripe grapes. Ideal with Mediterranean cuisine.
Serve at 45-50º F.
