The grape macerates for several days and fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. A brief time in barrels permits the grape variety to fully develop.
Very subtle on the nose, with floral and citrus notes that give way to elegant, creamy toasted aromas. Delicate and silky on the palate with honey and balsamic notes, and long finish with hints of caramel. Pairs well with seafood, fish, pâté and canapés. Serve at 45-50°F.
